1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

Deposits

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bet566 Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published separately within the relevant game or betting section of the Platform and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Bet Placement

A bet or wager is deemed accepted and binding only once bet566's systems have confirmed the transaction and a bet reference number has been issued. 8 Responsible Gaming

In no event shall bet566 be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if bet566 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bet566's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit bet566's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Amendments & Termination

Amendments to These Terms

bet566 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bet566 will post a notice on the Platform homepage and update the "Last Reviewed" date on this page. Where an amendment significantly affects player rights or obligations, bet566 will endeavour to provide at least 14 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Termination by You

You may close your bet566 account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination by bet566

In the event of termination for breach, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players located in Bangladesh are subject to the laws of Bangladesh in respect of their use of the Platform.

Dispute Resolution

Severability

Entire Agreement
